Presentation Development

We make sure you 'show' well

There is definitely an art to putting together a solid presentation.... and PowerPoint, Keynote, Director and Flash are the primary tools of the trade.

However, as good as these tools are, it's how they are used that makes the difference. Here's what we mean: A pencil is a pencil is a pencil. It's the same tool to everyone. But some people do math with the pencil and others create art.

We are your artists. What we do with the presentations tools and how we 'design' your presentation is the art.

Working with the different tools

Within the three primary presentation development tools, there are some significant differences. Which we use depends on the context of the show (ie. parameters set by the production team), the size of your presentation, the intendend outcome, etc. Here's a brief overview of the primary differences amongst them and in what types of situations we'd use each one.

PowerPoint – This is the most widely used and accepted presentation software. Smaller meetings, sales meetings, events wiht a smaller budget. Powerpoint works cross platform on Macs and PCs.

Keynote – Keynote is the Mac equivalent of Powerpoint and has a number interesting transitions and effects. Keynote does not work cross platform.

Director – Director is used for presentations that require a little more sophistcation. Its kind of like a high-end professional version of Powerpoint, with higher quality effects, animations, etc.

Flash – Flash has become the standard for presentations cross-platform and cross-media. You can take a Flash presentation from a laptop to a tablet to a mobile phone. It's a 'responsive' technology that resizes your presentation to work on a range of devices.

Creating the magic

Each project is different and the strategy we use to design your presentation will depend on the content, the audience, your budget, the size of the show etc. But, here are a few of the ways we add the magic.

  • Professional images
  • Custom graphics
  • Fancy animations
  • Interactivity (ie. audience triggered response)
  • Video integration
  • Music integration
  • Message streamlining

Call us to find out what kind of magic we can add to your presentation.

No risk quote

There's no harm in asking us for a quote. Our process is not cumbersome. We'll simply ask a few questions about your goals, gather a bit of information and then it's our job to be creative and come back to you with a design and service package that makes sense. So, let's chat.
